Post-Rehab Training:
A Fusion Fitness we provide Post-rehab training that integrates movement-specific exercises into 1-hour sessions. Each session is individually tailored, taking into account the clients injury, functional limitations, level of conditioning and requirements of their job and daily living needs. Exercise programs consist of strength training, posture and gait training, core stability work, ball exercises, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility training and educational components. Exercises are progressed accordingly throughout the duration of the program to maximize recovery and prevent re-injury. The goal of the post-rehab training program is to restore the client to their previous level of function.
Our lives are predicated by our movements, or the lack thereof; Fusion Fitness uses evaluations and treatment strategies that are focused around function and movement. We specialize in an individualized and innovative approach towards fitness training and exercise therapy in assisting those with functional limitations. |
