Weight Management:
Losing weight can be challenging - and keeping it off can seem harder than losing it in the first place. Our training techniques include intense total body workouts where emphasis is placed on getting results. Clients increase strength, endurance, balance, coordination and flexibility while increasing their metabolism and lean body weight, which promotes fat burning and weight loss.

A complete fitness assessment is taken using the Canadian Physical Activity, Fitness and Lifestyle Appraisal (CPAFLA) protocol set out by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiologists. The assessment measures body composition, body fat, circumferences, blood pressure, muscular strength and endurance, cardio-respiratory fitness and flexibility.
